Table set up 4-5pm in the Inner Market

Pack up at the end 7:30-8:15pm

The main volunteering is 4 – 7:30pm with a large number of staff, guiding the public and helping out where needed. the Main HQ for the event is the Chamber of Commerce in the Inner market which will be manned by Sue, John and Trudi. Kerstin will be based in the outer market. for anyone who can make it we will have a debrief at 5:15pm (Inner Market).

The Wet weather option is to move the staging into the Inner Market, this causes its own issues with over crowding and noise so the floor plan for stalls etc may need to be edited on the day.
