LifeFit

Life Fit is Guernsey’s only Exercise Referral Scheme. It is a 10 week programme of exercise held here at Beau Sejour and our aim is to help you improve your levels of fitness, strength, balance and mobility. Sessions are held in the gym, fitness studio and Healthy Lifestyle Centre and are supervised by medically trained instructors who are on hand to monitor your progress and to keep a look out for any problems or worries you may have.
