Mind walking
If you enjoy the outdoors, coffee and great conversation, you are encouraged to join them on Wednesday morning at 10.30am for their weekly walks. They take place at various points on the island, and as a group you can take time to walk, get some fresh-air, take in the local scenery and build friendships for approximately 1 hour before enjoying some coffee together. They have identified that exercise can help improve your mental health and wellbeing, so if you want to get involved you are encouraged to make contact with Jill to find out when the next walk is taking place.
