Seated Yoga

Amy Falla runs Pure Yoga and teaches a number of different classes, one of which is Seated Yoga, an assisted yoga class where asanas (poses) are performed on or around a chair. The classes are open to beginners and are beneficial for a wide range of ailments and limitations, and even for those who just wish to have a more gentle or supported practice. All are welcome to come along with a look to increasing strength and flexibility in the body, together with calming the mind. Booking for the classes is required in advance, and as such please contact Amy for more information.
